Yes, Our hotel has removed plastic stir straws and replaced with wooden stir sticks. We also offer bulk amenity shampoos and other bath items to reduce plastic waste.

Yes, all linens, pillows , etc are removed for washing and desinfecting. Disenfecting of headboards, remotes, phones all surfaces in the room are desinfected after each guest.
