Política de cancelamento

The Group may cancel the Event and Markham will refund the full amount of the Deposit if such cancellation is made at least twenty–one (21) days prior to the date of the Event and only if Markham is able to rebook the Venue for the same date. If the Group cancels the Event less than twenty-one (21) days before the Event date, the Deposit shall be forfeited in its entirety. COVID-19 Clause. If Markham Vineyards is unable to host The Group’s in-person event due to federal, state, or local guidelines, The Group may apply the deposit to a later date at no additional cost. Future dates are subject to availability. If the in-person event is unable to be rescheduled to a later date, The Group may request a full deposit refund within 30 days of the event.
