The property is well suited to corporate travellers, project teams, and long-stay work crews requiring comfortable, reliable accommodation in the Central North Island. The lodge offers 35 air-conditioned accommodation units, comprising: 19 self-contained one-bedroom motel units 12 studio units 6 cabins A number of units are self-contained, making them suitable for extended stays. The large, open site provides ample off-street and truck parking, with easy access for larger vehicles and equipment. On-site facilities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, spa pools, sauna, and a children’s playground, offering practical amenities for guests staying multiple nights or weeks. Conveniently located near the Tūrangi township, Parklands Motor Lodge provides easy access to regional infrastructure, outdoor work sites, and transport routes, while remaining within reach of key regional attractions such as the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, Tongariro River, and Lake Taupō.
