No children under 16 years of age. The complete facility is non-smoking. No pets can be accommodated. There are minimum stay requirements.

Cancellations: If made 21 days or more prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded less a 10% service charge. If made within 21 days of arrival a rain-check for the full amount, less a 10% service charge, will be issued if we are able to re-rent the room(s) for the entire period. Left unrented no rain-check or refund will be issued and the full payment will be forfeited. Storm Cancellation Policy: Cancellations due to weather are only allowed when the Steamship Authority ferry service from Woods Hole is cancelled for the entire day. The Steamship Authority is considered the lifeline to the island and if the ferry is operating, cancellations due to weather conditions will not be honored. If the ferries are cancelled for the entire day a rain-check will be issued for a future stay. We recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover themselves in case of a need to cancel their trip.
