If the guest cancels the event 30 days before, Hotel will charge 50% of the total amount of the entire Function. Cancellation more than 14 days , 75% of the amount will be charged. Cancellation less than 13 days, 100% of the amount will be charged.

Rose Garden Hotel is just a 30 minute drive from Yangon International airport by car, bus, or limousine. Close to the heart of downtown Yangon, the hotel is a short 5 minute drive from the Yangon main railway station and Junction City Shopping Centre. The Airport is serviced by several Asian airlines, including several international airlines with hubs in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and offers direct connections to many Asian cities
