Built in 1914, The California Fruit Building was the tallest building west of the Mississippi. The property is now home to a luxury boutique hotel and casual fine dining restaurant, The Exchange Sacramento, Curio Collection by Hilton and Willow Restaurant and Bar. Our historic 10-story hotel features 100 guest rooms and 1400 ft² of meeting space in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. Conveniently positioned between DOCO (Downtown Commons) and the Old Sacramento Waterfront historic district, The Exchange Hotel offers the solitude and luxury that an experienced traveler is seeking while providing all the conveniences of city life. Willow Restaurant and Bar is our dining room that provides a casual fine dining experience featuring a cuisine that is inspired by the Southern Italian and Mediterranean Sea regions, with a focus on house-made pastas, seafood, and game proteins. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
