How does the free trial of the Pro plan work?

When you sign up for the Webinar Pro free trial, you can use all the features of Webinar Pro for up to 2 webinars. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details or downgrade to Webinar Free when you create your 3rd webinar. No credit card is required to sign up for the free trial.  

Can I host live webinars with Cvent Webinar?

Yes. You can host live 1-way broadcast webinars using director tools with the Studio broadcast option, or you can host live 2-way webinars with the collaborative presentation type where users and speakers can unmute and turn their video on.  

Can I play pre-recorded videos on Cvent Webinar?

Yes. When you choose the simulive presentation type you can upload a video to be played automatically at the date and time that you choose.  

How many webinars can I host in a month?

You can host unlimited webinars every month as long as you don’t exceed the registration capacity and duration of the tier you’re on.  

Can I customize the registration page for my webinar?

Yes. With Cvent Webinar, you can customize your registration form by adding and removing fields, and you can also customize the design of your registration website.  

Does Cvent Webinar integrate with other marketing tools?

The Webinar Pro tier includes integrations with Hubspot and Zapier, whereas the Webinar Premium tier gives you the option to integrate with many CRM and marketing automation tools, including Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce.  

How does Cvent Webinar ensure the security of my data?
