OUR MISSION

We build technology that powers the highest-performing events on the planet.

THIRD-PARTY USAGE GUIDELINES

Cvent and its family of brands (including CventIQ, Cvent Connect, and all owned brands) have built strong recognition across the events and hospitality industry. When partners, sponsors, and ecosystem collaborators showcase their relationship with Cvent, it reflects on both organizations. To protect that, follow these guidelines whenever you use any Cvent brand asset.

In all cases, written approval from Cvent's brand team is required before producing or publishing materials that include any Cvent brand asset.

Cvent customers

Current customers may use the Cvent name and approved logo in marketing materials (such as websites, trade show booths, and collateral) to indicate that they use Cvent technology. Use only approved assets from the media kit.

Integration and technology partners

Technology partners may use Cvent brand assets to promote integrated products or features, provided the use is covered by your partnership agreement. Contact the brand team if you're uncertain whether your use case is covered.

Sponsorships and co-branding

Organizations with signed sponsorship or co-branding agreements may use Cvent brand assets as defined in those agreements. Sponsorship use must not imply that Cvent is conducting, endorsing, or responsible for the sponsored event, training, or content without prior written approval.

Important: In every case, the nature of the relationship must be made clear. Cvent is not a co-seller in these contexts. The brand appears as a partner, sponsor, or featured technology — not as an endorser of the content or deliverable.

HOW TO USE THE CVENT BRAND

When applying Cvent brand assets, sizing, hierarchy, and consistency are non-negotiable.

Sizing and hierarchy

Cvent brand assets should appear at the same size as equivalent partner or sponsor marks. The Cvent logo should be secondary to the primary organization's brand unless the application is specifically Cvent-hosted or Cvent-sponsored.

Brand compliance

Always use official Cvent logo files sourced from the media kit. Never alter logos by adjusting proportions, changing colors, switching typefaces, or applying effects. Don't place the wordmark on busy backgrounds or any color outside the approved palette without prior written approval.

Written usage

Always write the brand name as "Cvent™" in body copy — capitalized C only, one word, no abbreviations.

Brand integrity

The Cvent name, wordmark, and brand system may not appear in any context that could harm the brand's reputation. Prohibited associations include, but are not limited to: offensive or derogatory content, illegal activities, competing technology claims, or any use that misrepresents Cvent's role or relationship.

Logo usage

The black version of our wordmark is our primary wordmark. The white version of our wordmark can be used for better legibility and contrast against dark backgrounds or imagery.

Avoid placing the wordmark over visually busy areas of imagery.

Approved usages

  1. Black wordmark with white background
  2. White wordmark with dark grey or black background
  3. White wordmark with image background
  4. Black wordmark with very light image
