Referral FAQs
If your referral signs up with Cvent within 180 days of you submitting the referral form, we will contact you to arrange payment of your $500 referral bonus.
Yes. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit or the number of $500 bonuses you can earn.
However, each referral must be a genuine, personal connection. Submitting names and contact details for people you do not know, or “list dumping” random contacts in hopes of earning bonuses, is considered spam and is not allowed.
You will receive a $500 bonus for each eligible referral who signs up with Cvent.
No. Anyone can submit a referral and is eligible for the $500 referral bonus, as long as the referral is a valid, personal connection. You can even refer a qualified contact from your own organization, provided they are a good fit for Cvent solutions.
No. You will receive a single $500 referral bonus for each referral who becomes a Cvent customer, regardless of how many Cvent products or services they purchase.
We respect your privacy and your referral’s privacy. We will use the information you provide to contact your referral about Cvent products and services. We will not sell or share your contact information, or your referral’s contact information, with third parties.
This referral program is designed for you to share Cvent with people you genuinely know—friends, family, colleagues, and professional contacts who may have a real interest in our solutions. Submitting referrals for people you do not know, using purchased or scraped lists, or otherwise sending unsolicited referrals to uninterested parties is considered spam and is not permitted. If we determine that referrals are being submitted in a spammy or unethical way, we may disqualify those referrals and remove your eligibility to participate in the referral program.
