Join panel participants as we dissect every facet of an event, from the role of the venue to promotion, speaker selection, event access, and day-of approach. We'll discuss how each of these decisions impacts an individual's ability to feel included in the experience. Panel participants will talk in depth about the pitfalls of outdated thinking and opportunities we have within our events, and selected venues, to ensure the vibrancy of our diverse needs is not only protected, but celebrated.
