We’ve gathered the recent Cvent Conference product updates below into a brief summary to make it easy for you to see what’s new.
Improved Proxy Hotel Enhancements
We’ve improved the proxy registration interface and made it easier to manage hotels for proxy registrants during their registration workflow. 
New Registration Code Groups in Proxy Registration
Planners can now specify the registration code group for generated registration codes when configuring proxy registration allowing for improved organization and management. 
New Export Option for Speaker Resource Center Reports
Speakers can now export reports that contain enrolled and attended user data from the Speaker Resource Center (SRC) making it easy for them to access their own session data.
Document Creator Files in Speaker Resource Center
Planners can create personalized documents for session participants and make them available in the Speaker Resource Center (SRC) similar to documents available through registration. 
New Session Participant Role Limits in Call for Papers
Planners can now set a limit for the number of times per session type that a person can be submitted to have a specific participant role in Call for Papers (CFP). This feature will help prevent people from being submitted as a specific participant role numerous times which will in turn reduce the review and management workload for the content team. 
Mobile Connect Redesign Continues
We’re in the process of redesigning the mobile user interface and experience for attendees accessing content. Our mobile-optimized version of Connect continues its Early Adopter (EA) phase. We’ve recently released to EA:
- Exhibitor list
- Exhibitor detail views
What's next for Cvent Conference
A sneak peek of a few items coming soon.
- More Mobile Connect Redesign - Next on the list of mobile enhancements: Exhibitor Searching, Filtering, and Sorting; Speaker List; and Speaker Detail View.
- Event Roles Tab Updates - Planners will have the ability to easily identify, add, or remove users as Exhibitor and/or Session Participants from within the user record.
- Improved Guest Registrations - Planners will be able to customize the information they capture from guests and/or proxy registrants during registration to ensure that they're only capturing relevant guest info based on their involvement and participation in the event.
