Accor and Cvent partner to launch an innovative solution dedicated to B2B leisure contracts
Leading hospitality group is the first to roll out the new solution across more than 3,500 properties around the world
March 17, 2021 -- To prepare hotels for the revival of the tourism industry, which will begin with a speedier recovery in terms of leisure clientele and domestic travel, Cvent now enables the management of leisure RFPs, and Accor will be the first hospitality group to roll out the new solution out to its properties, starting from April 15, 2021.
Cvent’s all-new leisure RFP product will facilitate the end-to-end tracking of leisure contract creation, from making inquiries to hotels to charging rates in CRS and PMS. All the contract details will be available in the CRM tool. This integration will provide hotels and sales teams with 360° vision of sales activity in order to provide a high level of service to B2B customers.
The launch of this new digital solution will represent a competitive advantage by enabling hotel managers to look forward to the recovery with peace of mind thanks to a streamlined B2B inquiry process from start to finish. The solution will be available from April in almost 3,500 leisure-focused hotels in the 5,100+ properties that make up the Group.
Jointly designed with the teams at Cvent, the leading corporate RFP management and hospitality technology provider, the new solution benefits from the combined expertise of two global hospitality leaders, offering the functionality hotel managers and sales teams need to accelerate industry recovery and growth in this segment.
