The breakfast concept that will be served daily in UMAMI Restaurant is called #mindful breakfast. It includes a food offer concept based on plant-based. The main intention is to reduce the animal protein (only 20% of the breakfast offer) to show that there is a change towards a more conscious offer. A cuisine showcase experience that involves a higher purpose and maintains a genuine connection to the guest, our staff, farmers and community.

PLAY: Power fitness, a direct connection to wellbeing

The stated objective: to reenergize the body and inspire the mind.

200 SQ M OF TOTAL IMMERSION

In collaboration with London design agency Bergman Interiors, who are specialists in wellbeing spaces and concepts in England, the Pullman Paris Montparnasse has opened a Power Fitness room kitted out with the most high-tech urban equipment, laid out as a cross-fit studio with a mini athletics circuit, racks of weights, skipping ropes, punchbags and stationary bikes, the whole place bathed in dim light or neon. The Power Fitness coach, who is available every day of the year, offers nutrition and sleep advice and suggestions for activities that will put the finishing touch to your exercise session.

LESMILLS IN YOUR HOTEL ROOM

LOCATION: A fully transformed area

Montparnasse, a historical district in the heart of the left bank, is reinventing itself thanks to an ambitious urban development project. At the center of this transformation, Les Ateliers Gaité are taking shape and coming to life boasting a shopping mall and the largest food court in Europe.

Montparnasse has now evolved into a lively and friendly district with numerous bars with famous, restaurants and places to go out.

Just a stone’s throw from the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, Montparnasse is a destination easily accessible and connected via its links with various points of interest, airports, and train stations across the city.
