In a world gone digital, people are building connections through online forums and virtual meetups. The Cvent Community is providing more scalable solutions than ever by introducing expert-led online sessions, new virtual tips and tricks, and live networking meetups with industry peers.

The sessions are led by respected professionals in the field and industry leaders and are an opportunity to connect, interact, engage, and ask thought-provoking questions about specific topics related to event technology in the new normal.

Session information

On April 22, the Cvent Community hosted its first virtual “Ask the Expert” session with Cvent Senior Meeting Technology Advisors Vicky Huang. Vicky shared her suggestions and insights on pivoting to virtual events live from the Community, answering user questions in real time.

The Cvent Community will offer two additional sessions live in August featuring several of our 2020 Excellence Awards finalists. The Cvent Excellence Awards celebrate customers who are driving innovation in the meetings and events industry. This year, we will be honoring the work they have achieved, as well as noting their contributions to shaping the path forward.

Register for Cvent CONNECT Virtual to see the winners announced live on Tuesday, August 25th at 4:30 PM ET.

Join one or both of these one-hour Q&A sessions to get your top questions answered directly by industry experts.

Event platform success

On Wednesday, August 5th from 12:00 -1:00 pm ET, we'll be hosting a real-time Ask the Expert session to answer your questions about using the entire Cvent platform to manage your holistic events program and foster an incredible attendee experience, whether online or in person. Learn best practices and get real-world tips to help manage your holistic program while proving event ROI.

We’ll focus on how you can leverage the entire Cvent platform, from internal planning processes and venue sourcing to event registration, onsite experiences, and mobile applications. We’ll also talk about how you can use robust reporting to show ROI for every stage of the event lifecycle.

This session will feature representatives from SoftPro, a finalist for the Mobile Maverick category at the Cvent Excellence Awards. SoftPro has skillfully proven why they’re the best in business when it comes to using mobile event technology and will show you how they’ve achieved success with the CrowdCompass mobile event app.
