Improved Credit Card Charge Back Handling
Customers are now better able to account for and identify through reporting the attendees who dispute a credit card transaction.
Registration Limits Enhanced
Planners can configure Registration Limits by arbitrary profile values and enforce those limits with checks when submitting the registration landing page, contact info page, and reg catalog page.
Mobile Connect Redesign Continues
We're in the process of redesigning the user interface and experience for attendees accessing content! The Speaker Catalog launched this past month.
What's next for Cvent Conference
Here are a few items our development team is working on for the future.
- More Mobile Connect Redesign – Next on the list of mobile enhancements: global preferences and styling for filters, interests, and sorting; additional information included in catalog details views; and tailored experiences.
- File Task by File Report Enhancements – Updates to the "File Task by File" report will provide planners additional session context, for each file, the ability to see where the files are sitting in the review process, and who is assigned to that task review.
- Improved Guest Registration – Planners will be able to customize the information they capture from guests and/or proxy registrants during registration to ensure that they’re only capturing relevant guest information based on their involvement and participation in the event.
