So, your event has officially ended – what’s next? Hearing attendee feedback! We understand how important it is to collect and analyze your attendee’s feedback, which is why there is a Feedback Survey feature directly in your event. It is extremely simple to configure and allows you to keep all your essential information in one platform.
Feedback Survey
The Feedback Survey in our New Standard Registration follows the same designer interface that exists for the website and registration. If you have not had a chance to explore this yet, it offers a drag and drop functionality with widgets and sections to let you easily customize the process and design it in a modern and responsive way. It allows for feedback collection at the event-level and at the session-level, with custom questions in various types such as choice questions for set responses, rating questions to understand overall satisfaction, and text questions to allow for open responses and comments.
Generating Event Feedback
Once the survey is configured on the back-end, use the default Event Feedback email located within Promotion & Communication > Event Emails. This includes the required data tag that your attendees will click to access the home page and start providing their responses, and you can, of course, customize any text or instructions as needed within the email content. Then, run the new General Feedback Details or Session Feedback Details reports to view the answers and evaluate further. You can even publish the reports to a Portal to provide insights to the event stakeholders! Learn more about the survey through this 20-minute, on-demand webinar, Tell Us What You Think – Gathering Attendee Feedback.
