We know that one of the most significant aspects of your event while onsite is the attendee name badge! But did you know that Cvent has a built-in feature to design your badges directly through the event? Using Cvent’s Name Badge Designer is a huge benefit to you for so many reasons.

Ease of Use

The first is ease of use - you're able to design the name badge in the same platform as your event registration. Because you are keeping it in Cvent, the system will recognize all your registrants’ information through data tags and save you a substantial amount of time. That’s right, no mail merge required!

Choose the Information to Include

You are also able to control specific material on the badge based on information providing during registration, such as the Admission Item selected or a response to a Registration Question. If you have any specific badge requirements, such as a certain icon for a registrant who specified they are vegetarian, then using Conditional Images through the badge designer is a great route for you.

Printing Name Badges

Don’t forget the final step to name badges – printing! Through the name badge, you can easily bulk pre-print your badges through Invitees & Registrants. You can also consider printing on-demand at your event through the OnArrival app and our Event in a Box printers. If you want to learn more about the OnArrival app and on-demand badge printing, be sure to connect with your Account Manager. To learn more about the Name Badge Designer, watch this 20-minute, on-demand webinar, Name Badge Necessities.
