Let’s Talk Timelines
Our Cvent developers are sharing their Flex feature priorities with us quarterly so you can stay in the loop with what's coming next. These launch plans sometimes change to meet the needs of the business, so the Product team is always re-evaluating their plans in an effort to get the most needed features out next. A few anxiously-awaited features are coming between now and April, including bulk registration approval, registration import, travel credit card form, automatic hotel refunds, email click tracking, service fees, volume discounts, and video widgets. Your Cvent Account Team will let you know when these features have officially been rolled out, and you can always reference this up-to-date feature list from our Support Community.Flex Resources to Take You Above & Beyond
Cvent is dedicated to creating resources to help you succeed, especially when upgrading to Flex. We just rolled out a Flex Transition Toolkit, which is all you’ll need to help train your team of users. This can be leveraged to help your organization navigate the move from building Classic event sites to New Standard Event Registration (Flex) sites. The toolkit is jam-packed with helpful content, including a sample project plan, communication templates, training plan, and more to help ensure your users are well prepared to start using Flex.
