What is it?

Cvent Payment Services (CPS), is Cvent’s in-house payment processing solution for customers.

“Cvent Payment Services is our simple, secure, and reliable payment processing solution for collecting event fees and processing refunds automatically, and in over 130 worldwide currencies.  You’ll get easy, centralized access to all the financial data for your events directly in Cvent, as well as the confidence that you’re working with a PCI Level 1 service provider with an award-winning e-commerce team to keep all of your data secure and be there to help handle any disputes.  Cvent Payment Services also has transparent pricing with a fixed pricing rate for all transactions.” - Dixon Blue, Technical Sales Consultant

Not only is CPS simple, secure, and reliable, but it really streamlines the event planning process by giving you, the planner, one less thing to manage externally. Customers who have adopted CPS are thrilled to have another task lifted off their shoulders.

Quick & Easy Set-Up

Some merchant accounts can take up to 21 business days until they are fully activated, tested, and launched to collect payments. Why put yourself through that stress? To set-up CPS, all you have to do is submit a form with your: yearly registration fees collected, average registration fee, accepted credit card types, accepted currencies, and bank name. Once your form is submitted, CPS will be ready in 2-3 business days for testing.

Transparent Pricing

Nervous about hidden fees? No problem. CPS comes with a 3.99% processing fee (may vary per contract) that will apply to payments and refund. That’s all there is to it.

Multi-Currency Support

  • Payments can be processed in over 145 currencies and transferred into 6: USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD
  • A strong partner
  • Quick and easy onboarding
  • Advanced fraud monitoring
  • Support for disputes
  • PCI level 1 service provider

How to Manage

Within Cvent's Admin section, you’ll be able to access your monthly CPS Statements at any time. These monthly remittances also include all transactions processed in that month and all dispute-related fees. Your payments are transferred to your bank account by the last week of the next month. For example, transactions processes in October will be paid the last week of November.
