Advantages

Quick & Easy Set-Up

Some merchant accounts can take up to 21 business days until they are fully activated, tested, and launched to collect payments. Why put yourself through that stress? To set-up CPS, all you have to do is submit a form with your: yearly registration fees collected, average registration fee, accepted credit card types, accepted currencies, and bank name. Once your form is submitted, CPS will be ready in 2-3 business days for testing.

Transparent Pricing

Nervous about hidden fees? No problem. CPS comes with a 3.99% processing fee (may vary per contract) that will apply to payments and refund. That’s all there is to it.

Multi-Currency Support

  • Payments can be processed in over 145 currencies and transferred into 6: USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD
  • A strong partner
  • Quick and easy onboarding
  • Advanced fraud monitoring
  • Support for disputes
  • PCI level 1 service provider

How to Manage

Within Cvent's Admin section, you’ll be able to access your monthly CPS Statements at any time. These monthly remittances also include all transactions processed in that month and all dispute-related fees. Your payments are transferred to your bank account by the last week of the next month. For example, transactions processes in October will be paid the last week of November. For more information, reach out to your Account Team and they can help you get started.
