At Cvent, nothing is more important to us than the voice of our customers. You are the reason we create new products like Flex, why we host the biggest party of the year at Cvent CONNECT, and why we love connecting with you. With this goal in mind, we’re thrilled to announce the new Cvent Community! We’ve been working hard to create the ultimate destination where you can connect with one another, learn and grow in your career, and stay at the forefront of everything Cvent.

Cvent Community 2.0

We’ve officially launched our newly redesigned Cvent Community. It still holds the content you’ve found most valuable in the past, like our help articles, training resources, and peer-to-peer discussions…but with some hot new additions. Read this post to ensure you feel confident with the new release and all it has to offer.

Forums, Revamped

The Community is truly about taking the power of human connection online. We’re making it easier to stay connected and continuously inspire other users. Within Forums, you can easily post questions or comments with a required topic so other users can simply search and contribute to the conversation. You’re able to specify which topics you’re interested in within your profile, and you can even get these emailed to you.

New and Noteworthy: Ideas & Product News

The new Community makes it easier to view all the product news you want, when you want it. Filtering news by product name or news type has never been more streamlined, simplifying the way you stay on top of the latest enhancements and innovations. These will always be posted by the Cvent Product Team, so you never have to worry about reading fake news here. The best part? You can even specify Product News as one of your topics of interest and receive email notifications when there’s news posted. Have you ever had an idea or suggestion for the Cvent tools you use? You have the insight to help shape the future of our products, and now you can directly submit them! On our new Ideas page, you can share fresh ideas every time that lightbulb in your head goes off. Want to be inspired by others? See what other ideas Community users are submitting too, and if you really like it, click to up-vote it.

The Knowledge Base You Know & Love

No need to panic – our hub of help articles, tutorials, and how-to guides aren’t going anywhere! Continue to access these state-of-the-art support tools as you use the Cvent suite of products. The Knowledge Base is expanding into the new Community space with a cleaner, more comprehensive search experience to ensure you’re finding exactly what you’re looking for (even if you’re not sure what you’re looking for!).

Tell Us a Little About Yourself

Let’s get personal. Similar to our past Community, there’s a My Profile page that helps personalize your experience. Here, you’re able to upload a profile image to give yourself visibility while networking, view your archive of support cases, and customize your Forum email notification preferences. Some new additions to this space include being able to add your industry, interests, Cvent product mix, and relevant certifications.

Look out for updates!

We know the Cvent Community is a key resource for helping you navigate your product offerings, stay updated with new features and functionalities, and connect with your peers. Our new Community is designed to do all this and more, giving you the space to connect, learn, and stay in the know. Logging in is easy - click here to sign in to your Cvent account with your standard credentials, then click the "Community (NEW!)" link in the top right-hand corner.
