COVID-19 has posed many difficulties when planning events but maintaining the right safety protocols can help ensure a safe and intuitive event for your guests. The Galt House Hotel has numerous safety measures in place to keep you and your attendees safe during your conference or meeting.
- Temperature scans will be required before entering the premises to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Anyone who is experiencing symptoms or who has been in contact with someone who has contracted the virus, should not attend the conference or meeting.
- Masks are required at all times when you are on the premises of the Galt House. Masks are the most essential tool you can use in times when it is difficult to socially distance.
- Cleaning supplies, including hand sanitizer, is readily available throughout our entire property to help keep you safe. Our staff also cleans and disinfects every night to ensure that you and your attendees can feel at ease when walking around the premises.
- Our meeting rooms have been modified to ensure a safe socially distant environment. This will allow guests to be able to have a normal meeting while also allowing them to be socially distant from their peers.
- Food and beverages will look different than in the past. Guests will no longer be able to have any type of buffet style food measures in place to ensure the safety of guests. We will be able to provide food and beverages from our kitchen, where we can make sure that the proper safety protocols are put in place. This will allow your guests to feel at ease while dining at our facilities.
For those that are at risk and won’t feel safe, we can also help accommodate virtual learning options. This will allow you to be able to broadcast your message to the attendees that are unable to make it this year and feel a part of the experience.
