  • Sydney Fish Market: (opening early 2026): A $836M redevelopment at Blackwattle Bay will feature fresh food, retail, dining, and five First Nations art installations. Sustainability is key, with solar panels and a 5 Star Green Star rating.

  • The Lands by Capella (early 2026): A heritage building transformed into 10,000 sqm of luxury retail, dining, and event space, integrated with Capella Sydney hotel.
  • Moxy Sydney (2025–2026): New midscale hotels on Pitt Street and near the airport, designed for social, tech-savvy delegates with flexible meeting spaces.
  • Saltbox Venue (now open): A stylish venue in Wunderlich Lane with Art Deco and Mediterranean design, catering for 180–400 guests with bespoke services.
