Convention Center Advancements

Centrally located in the heart of the downtown district and just 3 miles from Palm Beach International Airport, the Palm Beach County Convention Center is an ideal venue. The 350,000-square-foot multipurpose facility features a 100,000-square-foot exhibit hall, a 22,000-square-foot ballroom, 21,000 square feet of flexible breakout space capable of dividing into 19 rooms, and a 10,000-square-foot balcony overlooking West Palm Beach — the perfect area for a prefunction cocktail reception. And coming soon, an exciting new experience is being planned for the convention center that will make your event sun-sational!

Revenue-generating opportunities are endless, with numerous interior and exterior banners, signage, digital displays, and electric cars provided complimentary through your Discover The Palm Beaches sales representative — all available for branding. When meetings are done, your attendees can experience the immersive attractions around the downtown district. CityPlace, an upscale lifestyle and entertainment center, is directly across the street from the convention center; the Warehouse District, located behind the convention center, is accessible through walkable paths; and Clematis Street is a free trolley ride away.

Hotel Inventory Growth

More than 1,200 hotel rooms are within easy walking distance of the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The closest hotel is the 400-room Hilton West Palm Beach — just 15 steps from the convention center, connected via an enclosed walkway.

The Palm Beaches have 12 hotels currently under construction, including the 150-room Canopy by Hilton, located within the convention center district and The Ben, a 208-room Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, as well as dozens more in the pipeline.

Banyan Cay Resort & Golf, A Noble House Resort is set to open in late 2019, situated on 250 acres just outside of downtown West Palm Beach.

Ease of Accessibility

Getting here is a breeze, with more than 2,000 daily flight options collectively offered at the three airports serving our destination: Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), just 3 miles from the convention center; Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL); and Miami International Airport (MIA).

Your attendees can travel to meetings around Florida quickly and comfortably aboard Brightline, the high-speed train service that will soon rebrand as Virgin Trains USA. The West Palm Beach station is conveniently located less than a mile from the convention center, with connections to Miami and Fort Lauderdale; expansion plans will also connect the service to Orlando and Tampa.
