Recent Releases
Scheduling Sessions in the Speaker Resource Center (SRC)
In order to allow for greater flexibility to schedule sessions while limiting the number of users who can have access to the Conference Admin module, we have released functionality that allows assigned SRC users to schedule sessions.
- When to use: Use this when track owners need to schedule the sessions they oversee or when you need speakers to schedule rehearsal sessions
- Who would use: Session track owners, speakers, planners, and support staff
Setting a FAVICON for Attendee Resource Center (ARC)
Brand your Attendee Resource Center (ARC) to match your theme and style with the ability to set the FAVICON in theme builder.
- When to use: When you want the FAVICON in ARC to match other marketing elements of your event
- Who would use: Planners and support staff
Embedded media player within the Attendee Resource Center (ARC)
Allow attendees to watch on-demand video content for your event in Attendee Resource Center. The ARC media player will display on-demand session content online in the session detail view, and will work on both desktop and mobile views.
- When to use: If you have pre-recorded content for your sessions, or you are recording session at your event and want to make them available to those that couldn’t attend live. (Note that if you are looking for live broadcasts or simu-live broadcasts, Attendee Hub is the solution.)
- Who would use: Planners and Support Staff
