Cvent Customer Success Groups are back and better than ever! Do you want to network with other Cvent users, gain new product insights, hear customer stories, and learn best practices? Then you have come to the right place! Cvent Customer Success groups are free, in person luncheons hosted by Cvent experts in cities around the world, for Cvent customers to come together to learn and collaborate. The topics rotate a couple of times a year and focus on current trends and topics that are important to our customers.

If a free lunch doesn’t convince you to come, then here are some other reasons you will want to make sure you attend:

  1. Learn best practices for using Cvent directly from Cvent Experts.
  2. Have time to network with other Cvent users and learn how they are using Cvent and running their events.
  3. Experience Cvent technology in person. At Customer Success Groups, we utilize our own Event in a Box event check-in and badge printing technology. We also utilize our own event app and surveys.
  4. Hear about industry trends that may be impacting your business and events, and how you can adjust your strategy to better fit the state of the industry.
  5. Learn new ways to use Cvent products that you may not currently be leveraging.
  6. Listen to actual customer success stories and get inspired!

The Customer Success Group theme for the first half of 2023 was “Cost-Effective Tips to Maximize event ROI”.  After the pandemic, budgets changed a lot and event planners suddenly had to do more with less money. As part of the presentation, we talk through six tips for using Cvent to maximize your event ROI. Here is a sneak peek at them:

  1. Get better visibility across your events by using Meeting Request Forms. Create a formal intake process and track all event related data in one place.
  2. Track your meetings and events budget with our Budget Tool. Access the dashboards that highlight key spend information to create efficiencies in your planning process to demonstrate your continued ROI.
  3. Find venues that meet your requirements, submit Request for Proposals, and compare bids side-by-side using Cvent's Supplier Network to secure the best rates for your event space.
  4. Use Cvent’s Event Diagramming tool to lessen the expense of conducting multiple site visits by accessing our floorplan database to find and design the perfect space.
  5. Save on badge design and printing costs with OnArrival. Using on-demand badging and self-serve registration kiosks, you can streamline onsite resources at your event and eliminate the waste of preprinting badges for no shows.
  6. Use Cvent’s Surveys to gather valuable attendee feedback to learn where to cut costs for future events.
