Bermuda’s largest resort, Fairmont Southampton, has just finished the refurbishment of several dining destinations on-property to enhance the culinary guest experience. This included the reconception of two restaurants – recently unveiled as Boundary Sports Bar and Grille, and Mediterra – and the renovation of Jasmine Cocktail Bar and Lounge, with an overall capital investment of $1 Million. ![]()
The opening of Boundary Sports Bar and Grille, the newest sports bar in the West End, marked the completion of the renovation project. The premier spot to take in the Premier League is situated in the former Bacci restaurant venue at Turtle Hill Golf Club on resort property. Bold & artisanal, Boundary’s culinary team crafts smoked-to-perfection barbecue and other pub favorites. Led by Sous Chef Adam de la Cruz, the new venue is a destination by itself. Guests are invited to unwind in the comfortable and inviting space as they watch all the action and enjoy an unbeatable meal. From Premier League rivalries and weekly NFL games to Golf and the NHL, Boundary has it all and is sure to be a locals’ favorite with its lively and unique atmosphere. Whether bellying up to the bar for one of the many beer selections or relaxing in the cozy lounge, guests are bound to have a great view of all the games from every seat in the house.
