It’s that time again. No, we’re not talking about the holiday season. We’re talking about the launch of Cvent CONNECT! Registration is now open for the 2019 event, which will be held July 8-11 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. It will connect more than 4,000 meetings, events, and hospitality professionals for four days of networking, learning, and celebrating our great industry.

Discover two ways to prepare for Cvent CONNECT 2019:

1. Reserve during the Cyber Monday sale for trade show exhibitors

Hoteliers and destination representatives, make sure you book your booth for the Cvent CONNECT Trade Show, where you can meet face to face with 3,000 of Cvent’s most qualified planners. You can expect a 3-to-1 ratio of planners to exhibitors, a total of more than 5,400 prescheduled appointments, and an average of 34 meetings per exhibitor.

In addition (since it is actually the holiday season, too), we have a special Cyber Monday offer for our hotel and CVB partners. Reserve your booth now through Dec. 7 and receive 20% off!

2. Share your expertise by becoming a speaker

What’s Cvent CONNECT without informative breakout sessions about hospitality trends and best practices? And for 2019, it could be you at the front of the room sharing your knowledge and experience. Starting this week, you can submit your abstract in our Call for Speakers!

Presenting at this industry-leading event will help you promote yourself as a leader in events and hospitality. Depending on their involvement, Cvent CONNECT speakers may also receive complimentary registration and accommodations (up to three nights). A typical speaking session is 45 minutes long, including 10 minutes for questions, but we welcome your unique ideas for content and format. Aim to make your session standing-room-only!

Get ready for Cvent CONNECT 2019

Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to see the latest technology in action, learn how to take better advantage of Cvent tools, and — most importantly — build stronger relationships with planners and your peers. Register or reserve your booth now! If you have additional questions, please email CventCONNECT@cvent.com.
