Calling all new Cvent users or existing users with new team members! Have you attended a Customer Training Workshop at Cvent HQ in Tysons Corner, VA yet? If you have, we’re sure you had a great experience. If you haven't, keep reading!

Who should attend?

Maybe you're a new Cvent customer and are interested in an in-person training. Maybe you just hired someone to your team and want them to attend a day of training to get engaged with Cvent. Either way, these workshops are a fantastic introduction to the Cvent platform. This training is entirely complimentary and includes breakfast and lunch.

The Schedule

The day begins with arrival at our HQ and breakfast at 9:00AM. Then, the day is split into two parts: a group classroom training, and 1:1 meetings with your Cvent Account Team. The morning content will review the basics to get you feeling comfortable in the system. You'll learn everything from what support resources exist in the Cvent Community to a dive into creating event registration sites in Cvent. You'll get hands-on experience in how to set up your Cvent account and then you'll build your event site yourself while following along! Did we mention these trainings are hosted by Cvent's Client Success Consultants? There will be facilitators and a presenter in the room. If you have any questions you have someone to turn to.

Extras

After a full morning of Cvent training, you'll have the chance to tour our office, which is expanding across four floors of our building in the hub of Tysons. You'll see the hustle and bustle of the office and get a glimpse at the contagious Cvent energy!

Get to Know Your Team

The second part of the day is full of value, as you have the chance to meet with your Account Team. You can specify prior to your meeting what you would like to discuss - whether it's a specific event setup, training on features you're unfamiliar with, receiving a demonstration on additional products across the platform, or just getting the chance to chat and meet your team! If your Account Team is not based in HQ, no worries! The Account Management and Client Success team will loop in their colleagues to ensure you have great resources to speak with.
