Learn what 2025 will have in store for the meetings and events industry.

With so many options out there, planners are constantly asking the same questions: Where are other people booking? Which hotels actually deliver? Who can I trust with my VIPs and attendees?

That’s where Cvent’s Top Meeting Hotels list comes in. These rankings are based on real booking activity from real planners. That means no fluff or guesswork. We analyzed sourcing data from the Cvent Supplier Network, which hosted a whopping $17.7 billion in RFP value last year, to bring you a global snapshot of where the most meetings are actually happening.

These properties rose to the top thanks to their space, service, and serious booking volume. Here are the top meeting hotels planners keep coming back to.

Top Lists Explained

Cvent’s Top Lists are built on hard data from the Cvent Supplier Network, one of the largest venue-sourcing platforms in the world. With nearly 340,000 hotels and venues listed and $17.7 billion in RFP value sourced in 2024, the rankings show where planners are actually sourcing, booking, and coming back to again and again.

To create the 2025 rankings, Cvent looked at real sourcing activity from January 1 to December 31, 2024. That includes everything from the first RFP to the final booked business. Here’s what goes into the mix:

  • Business Received: Total value of RFPs sent to a hotel or destination

  • Business Awarded: Value of business actually won

  • Market Share: How much of the sourcing activity a property or destination captured

  • Conversion Rate: How often RFPs turn into confirmed bookings

This approach levels the playing field. It accounts for different property sizes and avoids letting one giant hotel dominate the list. The result is a fair, accurate look at who’s consistently winning in the meetings and events world. For planners, it’s a go-to guide for reliable venues. For hotel pros, it’s a reality check on where you stand—and who’s setting the bar.
