In the spirit of Valentine's Day just around the corner on February 14th, I'm sharing 14 different opportunities to love, explore, and get involved with using Cvent this year.

1. Cvent CONNECT 2020

Registration is currently open for our annual user conference Cvent CONNECT. The conference will take place June 15-18, 2020 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas and Cvent CONNECT Europe will take place on October 5-7, 2020 at the InterContinental London – The O2. Cvent CONNECT offers an abundance of learning opportunities, including classroom-style training camp sessions, breakouts, face to face meetings with Cvent experts, and more. It’s also a great opportunity to network with other Cvent users, learn more about industry tips, tricks, and trends, and share best practices. 2. Cvent Certification

Are you ready to showcase your expertise and validate your Cvent knowledge? 4. Cvent Academy Training Workshops

Are you looking for more in-person training opportunities? If so, our Cvent Academy Training Workshops are for you. Cvent Academy Training Workshops offer more of a classroom-style, hands-on experience developed to expand your Cvent knowledge on a variety of training topics. 6. The Cvent Community

By clicking on the Community, in the upper right-hand corner when logged into your Cvent account, you instantly have access to a plethora of training and engagement opportunities. Not only can you interact with other Cvent users and share best practices in the Open Forum, stay up-to-date on new releases and product updates in the Product News section, submit your ideas for feature requests and product enhancements in the Ideas section, search for and access valuable step-by-step articles and guides in the Knowledge Base, you now also have access to our revamped Training tab, which is home to Cvent Academy Online.

7. Cvent Academy Online

Cvent Academy Online is our learning management system filled with e-learning courses offering self-paced modules and tutorials for an assortment of Cvent-related topics. Underneath the Cvent Academy Online section within the Training tab, you will see a breakdown of different Cvent products (Event Management, CrowdCompass, Onsite Solutions, Inquisium, the Cvent Supplier Network, and more) and you can click into the product(s) you’d like to access the training for and get started. With training videos, helpful articles, live webinar options, and evaluations to test your knowledge, new and seasoned Cvent users alike can find value, time-saving tips and tricks, and enroll in the topics that make the most sense for their knowledge level and experience.

8. Customer Success Webinars

Customer Success Webinars are complimentary and offered live and on-demand about a wide variety of Cvent and industry-related topics. Explore our latest webinars on thought leadership, best practices, and product releases.

9. Cvent’s How Great Events Happen Podcast

Tune in to the latest season to listen to meetings and events industry insights and trends. If you are an event planner, marketer, or event professional, you are definitely going to want to check out How Great Events Happen, a podcast by Cvent, today!

10. Reimagining Your Events with Flex 

Have you built a Flex event yet? Flex allows you to create a more modern attendee website and registration process using the drag and drop interface within the site designer. Flex is user-friendly and offers more flexibility to add, delete, and rearrange pages in the registration process. It also allows you to customize and streamline the attendee experience. Events built with Flex are mobile responsive and optimized on every device. There are a variety of Flex training resources, articles, webinars and more that you can take advantage of to get trained up on Flex and start using it for your events this year: Welcome to Flex. 11. Inquisium Redesign

A redesign of Inquisium, Cvent’s survey product, is underway. The goal of the redesign is to modernize the user experience for both those building surveys and those completing them. This project will deliver a new product that will ultimately replace the current Inquisium. Learn more about the survey redesign.

12. Dynamic Event Guide

With a modern refresh of the CrowdCompass mobile app's home screen and main navigation, the Dynamic Event Guide displays the content that is most relevant to your attendees during the event. You can now select featured content, highlight attendees' upcoming sessions and appointments, and make it even easier for them to access the info they're looking for. 13. Cvent Supplier Network Redesign

Cvent’s Hospitality Cloud has been diligently working on a complete rebuild of the Cvent Supplier Network to simplify venue sourcing. Planners who are enjoy the group-specific hotel content and functionality will love the renewed focus on simplicity. These changes benefit our venue partners and you’ll soon see gorgeous new profiles with bigger images and more opportunities to market your venue. 14. 24/7 Customer Support Team

Last, and most certainly not least, let’s show some love to our 24/7 Customer Support team! They are a phenomenal resource that every Cvent user should be taking advantage of when it comes to any immediate or one-off questions that arise while working in the system. There are several different ways that you can get in contact with support:

  1. You can open a case within the Cvent Community and a representative will get back to you in 24-48 hours
  2. You can chat with a representative (similar to an instant message) using the “Chat with Us” option via the Community and
  3. You can call into the support line directly for assistance. If you are working on the weekend, late hours, or simply want an answer to your questions right away, the Customer Support team should be your go-to resource. Cvent Support Hours and Toll-Free Numbers
