Still, it didn't shake the stern resilience of Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay as they saw it as a perfect time to focus on purposeful engagement. This included exposure and education to clients, re-imagining the sales process by taking the site inspection experience online rather than in-person, providing interactive video call sessions and, investing in 3D floor planning tools.
