Grace Lee
Grace Lee is the Vice President & Global Head of Human Resources at Cvent. She brings more than 21 years of Human Resources experience along with broad business experience in customer service, operations, sales event management, communications, and real estate in the financial services sector.
Grace has a deep passion for people and believes that it is our talent that truly makes us special and sets us apart. Throughout her career, she has reimagined corporate HR practices and programs while partnering with leaders to create a strong culture and increase employee engagement through leadership effectiveness, talent management, total reward programs, and transparent communication. In addition, Grace has spent a great deal of time mentoring others to help them discover their full potential.
Prior to Cvent, she served as the Vice President of People Services at Esurance, a $1B+ digital insurance company based in San Francisco. In this role, she led the Human Resources, Internal Communications, and Real Estate divisions, supporting nearly 3,500 employees in the US and Canada.
