Multi-event app. That’s like a bunch of regular event apps mass-produced at once, right?

Not quite.

If the enterprise is going to have more than one event, meeting or conference in a year, a multi-event app is a much more useful and practical tool for an event planner. And given that a modest estimate puts the US alone at 11 million business meetings per day, we should probably be talking about multi-event apps a lot more than we do.

Multi-event means that your one app platform will have all of the enterprise’s different events set up within it. Doesn’t matter if it’s employee onboarding, a board meeting, a sales kickoff, or Halloween party.

Think of the multi-event app as your container, with all of the individual meetings or conferences held within.

Branding is a big concern when it comes to enterprise events, but a multi-event app makes it a non-issue. Because all the events are on the same app platform, it’s easy to make sure that the events are consistent between one another. But they don’t have to be, because…

While you can definitely make all the events look the same, it’s also easy to change them up. Individual events can have all-different branding, content, features, and even sets of attendees. Just because they’re under the same company doesn’t mean they all have to stay the same—you can get as creative as you want from event to event.

It can be difficult to get attendees to download the app. But once they do, there’s no excuse for an attendee to arrive at any conference or meeting without having seen the relevant documents. Event apps can make events entirely paperless—that goes without saying. But interactive elements in your app means that virtual documents don’t take away from an attendee’s ability to take notes, highlight relevant parts, or indulge in a little doodling in the margins.

When it comes down to it, setting up an app for your event shouldn’t be extra work. Using a multi-event app means that the template for every event is already set up. All that’s left is to choose the content, features, and security you want.
