Friday, February 16th
6:30 PM: Main lobby at Banyan Tree Mayakoba – Kick-off this culinary journey through the traditions of the different guest Chefs with a special one-time feast created for this occasion only. All the parts of the cow will be cooked on each Chef’s own way. Signature drinks will start flowing, as well as tequila and wine pairing from Mexico.
Saturday, February 17th
6:30 PM: The Tomahawk Den at Banyan Tree Mayakoba – The festival will culminate with an epicurean meat lover’s dinner event featuring live cooking stations, with a cigar roller, dimmed lights and the finest tequila and wines. Allowing all guests to immerse themselves in this experience, as delicious cuts of meat will be cooked on the open grill, paired with Mexican wine and exotic cocktails.
