Cvent Launches New OnArrival Mobile App for Onsite Event Check In
Company provides its customers with unique solution to simplify event check in process
McLean, Va – Cvent (NYSE: CVT), a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform, today announced that it has launched a new mobile application called OnArrival. This free mobile app is designed to benefit Cvent customers by streamlining the onsite event check in process for events or meetings. In addition, OnArrival integrates with Cvents event management platform, providing customers with real-time current registration lists onsite in the app and the ability to run real-time attendance reports in Cvent.

OnArrival is available for free download in the App Store for all Apple devices that run on iOS 6.0 and above. The mobile app offers a number of innovative features including:
- Ability to check in attendees for an event, as well as any specific breakout sessions during an event
- Full functionality online or offline
- Several staff members can manage check in process from multiple entry points
- Synchronization with Cvents event management platform (someone that registered fifteen minutes before showing up will still be listed in the app!)
- Filter or search the attendee list to pull up names fast
- Scan a QR code on a badge or printed email
