Cvent Upgrades Planner Experience with New User Interface for Event Management

New Blue Release Interface Makes Cvent's Feature-Rich Online Event Management Platform Easier, Faster and More Intuitive to Use

Las Vegas, NV. – Cvent, Inc. (NYSE:CVT), a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform, today unveiled a completely redesigned user interface - the Blue Release - at its annual Corporate Meetings Summit in Las Vegas. The new interface for Cvent's event management platform provides streamlined navigation and a greatly enhanced workflow for building and managing events. The Blue Release will be made available to all Cvent users in the third quarter of 2014.

The Blue Release adds elements like drag-and-drop editing, interactive charts and live updating to empower users to complete tasks with fewer clicks. The more responsive interface runs faster and also offers greater visual appeal.

To ensure that Cvent's Blue Release meets client needs, the company held more than 50 user focus groups, spent six months to designing the interface and an additional 18 months of development and testing.
