Product Update News
Here's our top product-related news for January:
- Continuing to help you go virtual. If you missed it last year, we released our very own virtual event platform, the Virtual Attendee Hub® (VAH). Our Product team is hard at work adding new features to the tool - a few noteworthy recent releases include choosing featured sessions, allowing for session enrollment, and showing ‘Happening Now’ and ‘Up Next’ cards. - Now Premium Surveys allow for greater automation with survey scoring and credit management. With the addition of Scoring Surveys (event or session-level) and the ability to auto-award credits based on survey score, your attendees can now flow seamlessly through the process of attending a session, taking a survey/test afterwards, automatically earning credits based a set pass/fail score, and ultimately receiving an email with a link to a personal achievement certificate. - Growing your Flex Registration building skills. 2021 is the year to get yourself fully over to Flex and close out all your old Classic events. We have an entire library of Flex training, articles, and customers resources to help you learn more about Flex and plan your transition.

For product-related updates and questions, there are a few ways to get what you need. Here are our recommendations on the key ways to stay informed:
- Block your calendar for these two webinars each quarter. The Quarterly Product Update webinar and Virtual Customer Success Group workshop series, two of our most highly renowned customer programs, are coming up in February and March.
- Sign up for Product News alerts. Every Thursday, we compile product releases from the previous week and share them in the Cvent Community. You can even subscribe to get these sent right to your inbox each week.
- Post your question in the Cvent Community. You can always visit the Community and post a question in the Open Forum. Everyone's doing it - don't miss the conversation!
