Having undergone an exciting redesign inspired by Arabian hospitality and French architecture, Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Hotel is now all set to reopen and is ready to welcome the guests again.

Adorned with blue and brown accents throughout, the hotel is contemporary yet warm and welcoming. The redesigned hotel lobby now boasts a state-of-the-art architecture. The design of the brand-new lobby consists of beige and blue marble tile décor. The beige tiles remind guests of Dubai's desert sands, while flashes of blue marble evoke gemstones found in the Arabian Gulf.  As a part of the six-month-long plan, new dining experiences along with 100+ brand new rooms and suites are going through a transformation.

The hotel is looking forward to welcoming its visitors back to their property to discover what it has in store for them and to indulge in French luxury and Art De Reservoir throughout their stay.

Guest Safety – ALL Safe Program

Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach Hotel knows how to care for its guests and reassures a safe welcome for guests. The hotel management team has implemented new standards to ensure social distancing measures, throughout the hotel, specifically in hotel public areas as per Accor ALL Safe guidelines. New stringent cleanliness standards have been employed, including a reinforced program with frequent disinfection of all high-touch areas like elevators and public restrooms. An enhanced in-room cleaning program using hospital-grade cleaning materials will now be a standard across the entire hotel.

The ground-breaking ‘ALL Safe Officer’ program is rolled out in the hotel with a dedicated health and safety officer who not only ensures that cleaning and hygiene protocols are implemented to the highest standards but is also responsible for addressing the questions and concerns of the guests.

Recognising the fact that consumer priorities have drastically shifted following the global pandemic, the program highlights include tailor-made operating protocols and cleaning products technology. Additionally, a special training program for the hotel staff has been developed in partnership with hygiene solutions specialist Bureau Veritas. The initiative is bolstered by Accor’s strategic partnership with global insurance giant AXA which is providing the guests at its 5,000 properties worldwide with free medical support, including onsite or over-the-phone consultations with medical professionals.

Here are the safety & hygiene measures being taken by the Accor group for meeting rooms and public areas across all its properties.
