We’ve gathered the recent Cvent Conference product updates below into a brief summary to make it easy for you to see what’s new from the past month.
Easily find speakers in Mobile Connect
Attendees now have an easier time finding their preferred speakers through Mobile Connect as they can now search, filter and sort speakers. This makes finding the sessions they want to attend, and the speakers that they are interested in, so much simpler.
Automatically notify registrants when their invitations are canceled
Planners now can configure and automatically send an Invitation Cancelation Email when an invitee's group member package invitation has been canceled, prior to them being registered for the event. This is a new configuration option we added when a Group Member Package is configured to be Invite Only.
Improved proxy registration experience
Planners now can configure what fields they want to copy to a proxy registrant's registration from the original purchaser's information. This will simplify the proxy registration since the attendee will not have to fill out the same information every time they sign up a proxy registrant.
Get more information in your "File Task by File" Report
Planners now have an easier time keeping track of session file submissions and a better understanding of who to follow up with during the review process using the enhanced "File Task by File" report. The "File Task by File" report now provides additional session context for each file, the ability to see where the files are sitting in the review process, and who is assigned to review the task.
