Upcoming Dates to Remember 

  • April 1 - Reminder to attendees of a Cvent Attendee Hub® events -- Microsoft IE11 browser can no longer be used to view an Attendee Hub event due to technical limits in IE 11. Over time all other Cvent products will phase out browser support for IE 11, only Attendee Hub viewers have the hard stop date of April 1, 2021.
  • April 30 – Last day to sign up for free product certification -- we'll continue to waive certification registration fees for those who sign up by April 30. You’ll have 60 days to prepare and review training materials before taking the any certification exam. 
  • May 3 - Deadline for Cvent Excellence Awards submissions -- Don't miss an opportunity to have your hard work  last year recognized! Cvent's 9th Annual Excellence Awards program -- to be held at Cvent CONNECT in early August -- will celebrate Event customers from across the globe who are using our products to drive innovation in virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. Check out the various award categories and get your submission in!

ATTENDEE HUB

  • Now Incorporate theme colors into the Attendee Website login 
    The main and action colors you select while customizing your Attendee Hub theme will now be incorporated as the background and button colors for the Attendee Website login. This now matches the existing color scheme of the Event App login, allowing planners to extend their brand colors throughout more of the virtual experience without additional configuration and creates more consistency between the virtual/web experience and the Cvent Event App.
  • New Attendee Hub Session Filters
    Attendees can now easily narrow down the list of sessions using the new Session Time (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) and Session Category filters. These filters have been applied to the tab in which the attendee is browsing, and will persist as the attendee clicks through different event days or on the All Sessions tab.

FLEX/STANDARD REGISTRATION 

  • Website Agenda – Agenda at a Glance Widget
    A new 'Agenda at a Glance' widget allows you to create a simple, high-level view of your agenda so your invitees can quickly understand the event and schedule. It is configurable to adapt to your needs.

    The Cvent Community is a great source of product information. In addition to regular updates to the Product News tab (visible only when logged in), you can always find customers sharing ideas on how they use Cvent products, such as: Tips for using Flex with global events and DIY tips for new users of the Attendee Hub.
