With Cvent CONNECT Europe right around the corner, we bring to you some exciting news! We are pleased to announce that Kate Ancketill will be a keynote speaker at this year’s event.

Known as one of the world’s top trend forecasters and innovation expert, Kate is the Founder and CEO of GDR Creative Intelligence — a global consultancy with a focus on innovation and emerging trends in retail, leisure and hospitality around the world. Kate’s presentation, titled ‘Lessons from experiential brands: what event organisers need to know’, aims to help attendees learn how to showcase the best in service, technology and brand communication from a new wave of disruptors spanning retail, hospitality and entertainment. They will also benefit from case study examples as well as gain intelligence on ways to future proof their business and priorities for investment.

Former Director of Events at the White House Laura Schwartz and MICE industry champion Faye Sharpe will also be keynote speakers at the event. Faye, in her session: Have your cake and eat it and other life goals’, will be sharing her personal story from humble beginnings to multi-million pound success.

Other educational and panel sessions will also be held at the conference, led by Cvent experts and notable industry professionals.

You can view the full conference agenda here. You can also create and view a personalised agenda, curated based on your responses to a short survey, using the ‘Build Your Agenda’ tool.
