Formerly known as Inquisium, Cvent Surveys provides an easy way to collect and report feedback. Survey licenses are divided into two categories: basic and premium.
Basic surveys give you one event and one session feedback survey per event, and with no extra charge if you have an existing Event license.
Premium surveys can be used for events or non-events, and offer more question types, as well as the ability to create multiple event and session surveys per event, collect speaker feedback, award credits based on survey completion, and more.
Unsure whether to use a basic or premium survey? We have a guide for that. If you were already using our legacy surveys, you may have noticed that this product is now labeled Surveys (Legacy) in your account. The upgraded Surveys optimize the experience for both those building the surveys and those taking them.
What's New & Different
Like the Flex Site Designer, the new surveys are built with a survey designer where you can drag and drop widgets onto a canvas to build your questionnaire. This easy-to-use model gives planners a clear idea of what the finished product will look like as they build it. The wide range of question types—including rating, choice, net promoter, rank order, and more—give you the opportunity to collect varied forms of data. For more complex surveys, you can add in different methods of logic, such as link logic or masking logic, so respondents only see the questions and answer choices that apply to them. The surveys are mobile-responsive, giving respondents access to respond across a range of devices.
Our new Surveys work with the rest of the Cvent platform for a seamless experience for planners and respondents. Want to share session feedback directly with speakers? With the premium surveys license, you no longer have to export reports individually to share with speakers. Using surveys and the Speaker Resource Center, you can share session attendance and feedback data with speakers directly through the Speaker Resource Center. Hosting your event with Attendee Hub? Incorporate surveys directly into the Attendee Hub and Event App. Attendees can respond to surveys during or after the session and provide event feedback right from the Attendee Hub home page.
As the migration process from legacy surveys continues, you can track the release of specific survey features from the Survey Redesign Process page.
