Qualified Bookings:
- New RFPs received after June 1, 2022 and event contracted by December 15, 2022.

- Group must contract a minimum of 75 peak rooms with a maximum not to exceed 699 peak room nights with participating hotel to be eligible for the incentives above
- Funding for this program is coming from Meet Minneapolis which includes various grant funding sources.

Promotion applies to new bookings that were sourced through Meet Minneapolis. No further value will be extended for non-available times. Availability may vary.

- Two round-trip Delta Air Lines vouchers to be used for pre-planning or for the event
Minneapolis Hotels
- 3% rebate to final billing
- 10% off banquet menus

*Based upon hotel outlet availability
- $20% off rent
- 20% off AV equipment
- Network rental credit*
*WiFi Rental Credit: Based on a commitment & actualization of a minimum of $15,000 in network revenues (excluding tax and service charges), 20% of the actual network revenues (if minimum has been met) shall apply as a rental credit toward the minimum base fee for all function space. Minimum restrictions shall be based on network needs.
Qualified Bookings:
- New RFPs received after June 1, 2022 and event contracted by December 15, 2022.

- Group must contract a minimum of 700 peak rooms with participating hotel(s) and contract use of the Minneapolis Convention Center (PFO or Letter of Commitment) to be eligible for the incentives above
