“We are dedicated to helping you. With over 700 employees our support team, Cvent makes it easy and convenient for you to get the help you need,” explains Account Manager Izzy Hettiarachchi. In addition to 24/7 support from our Customer Support team, Cvent Account Managers are available to help with contract or renewal related questions. They can help advise you on adding new features or products, and will assist with updating contact or billing information. Client Success Consultants “are more strategic in your account, and they are the best resources for complex product-related questions or training,” explains Izzy. They can help you brainstorm event setups and complex topics as well.
